Reed in Partnership holds a Grade 2 Ofsted rating for our provision of Skills Funding Agency programmes.

The inspection report highlights our commitment to young people, strong leadership, rigorous performance management, highly motivating staff and quality improvement.

Amongst the evidence for a "good" grading, the report states:

"Teaching, learning and assessment are good, with highly motivating staff who set high standards and plan activities that are motivating, stimulating and challenging for learners."

Reed in Partnership is one of a small handful of organisations within the welfare-to-work and skills industry with a Grade 2 Ofsted.

It is built upon four fundamental and integrated principles: supply chain design; commitment; conduct; and review.

The principles are established to validate positive behaviour of prime contractors and supply chain partners in line with DWP's Code of Conduct, a key facet of the Commissioning Strategy in creating healthy and high performing supply chains.
