As part of our commitment to developing outstanding partnership work, and maintaining our 'excellent' Merlin Accredited rating for supply chain design, we recently invited our delivery partners to evaluate our service and performance.

This bi-annual exercise with 27 of our partners provided strong, positive feedback on many of the ways we work with our supply chains.

96% of the partners involved agreed that the information, advice and guidance they receive from Reed in Partnership is impartial, effective, timely and accurate and 100% were positive about the effectiveness of the quality management tools we provide them.

93% rated our ability to share best practice positively and our performance management and opportunities for collaboration were also highlighted favourably.

In response to areas where it was suggested we could make improvements, we will:

  • Implement new training services to support the development of our partners
  • Discuss improvements to our systems and processes and integrate this into the wider strategic training needs assessment for our supply chains
  • Share information, enable more networking within our supply chains and conduct workshops on ITT responses to help our partners generate and respond to tendering opportunities
  • Provide more accurate and timely mobilisation timescales and delivery processes during service implementation
  • Release more explicit peer group comparison information to increase performance and management transparency
