Work Routes (which is funded by the European Social Fund) is delivered by employment experts Reed in Partnership and offers jobseekers in Cornwall help to become more employable, such as free skills training, CV development, interview practice and even financial help with the cost of child care, work clothes and travel.

Work Routes is teaming up with employers, apprenticeship providers, recruitment agencies and training organisations to help get unemployed people from Cornwall back in to work. Job Fairs are a great opportunity for unemployed locals to meet possible future employers without the pressure of it feeling like an interview.
