Seeking expressions of interest for The Mayor of London's European Social Fund (ESF) 2019 - 2023 Programme - deadline 21st January 2019 at 12pm

The Mayor of London's European Social Fund (ESF) 2019 - 2023 Programme is currently being commissioned by the Greater London Authority (GLA), and will procure a range of skills and employment programmes for adults and young Londoners who are furthest from the labour market and those who face in-work poverty.  These projects have been developed to respond to priorities identified within the London  Economic Action Partnership's (LEAP) European Structural Investment Fund strategy, the Mayor's Skills for Londoners Strategy and other statutory mayoral strategies.

Reed in Partnership is an established provider of education, employment and training services in London, including ESF-funded projects and those commissioned by the GLA, and we intend to bid for multiple contracts as part of this commissioning round. As part of our approach, we are keen to build a supply chain of high-quality, high-performing partners to support our delivery.

In particular, we are interested in hearing from organisations that are able to support our delivery of the following programmes across London:

  • Continuing participation for young people at risk of becoming NEET
  • Targeted NEET

For more information about the above programmes, and if your organisation is interested in responding, please follow this link to respond to our Expression of Interest: We strongly recommend that you paste your completed answers into the text boxes, as you will not have visibility of the full answer if you type directly into the field.

For more information download our GLA ESF briefing note.

The deadline for this EOI is Monday 21st January 2019 at 12pm.
