1. Privacy policy
Reed in Partnership Limited is a part of the Reed Group of companies. We are a public service provider whose goal is to be the partner of choice for developing people and their communities.
This privacy policy explains how we use the personal data we receive through the forms on our website.
What information do we collect about you?
We will collect the name and contact details of the person using our website to contact us or to join our Partner Network. A free text box may allow you to provide additional details or context, which you may choose to use to disclose further information about you, such as your location, age, work history or health, if you determine these are relevant to the reason you are contacting us. This information is normally provided by the person to whom the contact reason is related.
If you are contacting us on behalf of someone else please make sure that they are aware of your intention to share their personal data and of this privacy notice.
If you are submitting information in order to join our Partner Network please make sure that the necessary parties are aware of this privacy notice.
What do we do with your personal data?
The information we gather is only used to follow up your contact enquiry or to add you to our Partner Network database.
We do not use the information we are provided with for any other purpose and we will never sell it to anyone.
We will normally try to return contact in order to satisfy your enquiry. If we are unable to do so or if an individual decides to withdraw their contact enquiry, their data will be deleted after 8 weeks.
In the case of Partner Network sign ups, this information will be held on record and retained for five years from the time of collection. This is to keep our prospective partners aware of the work we are carrying out and to make them aware of any possible partnership opportunities. If a prospective partner decides they are no longer interested, then their data will be removed upon request.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal data please email us.
We want to make sure that your information is accurate and up to date and are very happy to remove or amend any information that you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we either delete or restrict our processing of your personal data. We will advise on the process on any such requests. You also have the right to lodge any complaint about the way in which we handle your data with the Office of the Information Commissioner.

2. Data protection complaints policy
This policy outlines how you raise a complaint about the way in which your personal data has been handled, and how we will manage your complaint in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR and The Data Use and Access Act 2025.
