We provide services that are helping our homes and workplaces to be more energy efficient.

What we do

Our Reed Environment division is a joint venture between Reed in Partnership and leading energy training provider Oxford Energy Academies (OEA). Together we share a mission to address the UK's shortage of skilled workers who are essential to achieving net zero goals.

We operate two dedicated Energy Academies in Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire, delivering high-quality and in-demand green skills training.

Our work includes delivering skills development programmes, tailored to regional needs and delivered in collaboration with local enterprise partnerships. These programmes consistently exceed performance targets and achieve strong learner outcomes.

We are an Ofsted ‘Good’ rated apprenticeship provider, encouraging independent learning, providing access to high quality facilities, nurturing relationships with employers and qualifying learners quicker than FE colleges.

We also provide home energy retrofit initiatives, delivered in partnership with local authorities, which enable homeowners to access expert assessments and improve the energy efficiency of their properties.
