Supporting those who serve

We provide services that are helping members of the Armed Forces with life after Service.

What we do

We provide comprehensive resettlement support to Armed Forces Service leavers who are making the transition from military to civilian life.

Our offer includes providing expert guidance on transferring into a relevant and sustainable civilian career, delivering specialist vocation training and development activities from 10 UK Resettlement Centres and offering personalised advice across other key resettlement issues including housing, financial planning, pensions and further education.

Our work with the Ministry of Defence is guided by a Joint Statement of Partnership that defines our shared commitment to put the support of Service leavers at the heart of everything we do together.

We are also an Armed Forces Covenant signee and hold an Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award for pledging, demonstrating or advocating support to the Armed Forces community, in alignment with the Covenant values.

When signing the Covenant, we committed to ensuring that people who serve or have served in the Armed Forces and their families are treated fairly and supported appropriately.
