12,500 hours of admin time saved with Beam Notes
We are pleased that our collaboration with tech company Beam has saved our Employment Advisers working on the DWP Restart Scheme 12,500 of administrative time, through the use of AI-assisted case note technology 'Beam Notes'.
The technology, which - with our participants' consent - records and transcribes meeting notes and provides structured summaries after each meeting - is giving our advisers more capacity to build meaningful relationships with participants. The time our advisers previously spent on documenting meetings is instead now spent on better understanding participants' individual circumstances and providing tailored support that helps them move closer to employment.
The partnership reflects our focus on continually improving how we deliver services. As the UK's top-performing Restart Scheme provider, we are always looking for practical ways to enhance the experience of both participants and colleagues while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes.
The 12,500 hours represent valuable time reinvested into frontline support, creating more opportunities for the human connection that sits at the heart of helping people achieve their goals and sustain employment.
