Our 2025/26 Careers Hub impact report
At a time when one million young people across the UK are not in education, employment or training (NEET), building strong connections between education and employers is vital.
Reed in Partnership is proud to deliver the Central London Careers Hub, which does exactly that. Delivered on behalf of the Greater London Authority, our delivery of the service connects more than 250 London-based education institutions with engaged employers, helping schools to develop a cohesive, connected and progressive careers programme.
This week, we’re proud to publish the service's 2025/26 impact report, highlighting how strong partnerships between education and employers are helping young people across London build skills and confidence and gain crucial insight into the world of work.
Some of this year's highlights include:
- Supporting more than 250 education institutions
- Engaging 66 Charter Employers
- Delivering 557 employer volunteering hours, exceeding commitments by more than 40%
- Supporting 7,582 learners through Employer Charter activities
- Gathering more than 12,000 Future Skills Questionnaire responses
- Providing professional development opportunities for over 100 educators
From modern work experience opportunities and industry visits to careers leadership support and the promotion of apprenticeship and technical pathways, the Careers Hub is helping create a more connected ecosystem between education and employment.
As we continue to see growing concern around youth disengagement from learning and work, partnerships like these play a vital role in ensuring young people can access the opportunities, insights and experiences that help them thrive.
