Reed in Partnership shortlisted at the ERSA Awards 2026

We are delighted that Reed in Partnership has been shortlisted for two awards at this year's Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) Awards, which 'recognise and celebrate exceptional work'.

We are shortlisted in the following categories:

1. Introducing AI

This category recognises 'employability providers who have implemented AI into their organisations, either to make processes more seamless for frontline advisers or for participants'.

Our submission centred around our responsible and practical use of AI to enhance both adviser and participant experiences. It highlighted the implementation of Beam Notes, an AI-powered note-taking tool that has now saved more than 12,500 hours of administrative time and enabled advisers to spend more time supporting participants.

2. Adding social value

This award celebrates 'employability who have delivered over and above requirements and have provided exceptional value for money, both in terms of the public purse and value in communities'.

Our submission focused on our Entrepreneur Funds, which have been helping aspiring entrepreneurs to turn business ideas into sustainable ventures, strengthening financial resilience and generating opportunities within local communities.

The funds demonstrate how relatively small investments can deliver lasting social value by supporting inclusive economic growth, empowering individuals and creating benefits that extend well beyond the businesses themselves.
