LivingWise is continuing to help people in North Lincolnshire become healthier, fitter and happier.
The free 12 week programme proves that a sustainable lifestyle plan is effective in helping people achieve weight loss steadily for long term results.
Participants believe that LivingWise is not only allowing them to lose weight effectively but is also teaching them the knowledge they need to know about nutrition and exercise so that they can continue to see results long after completing the programme.
David, who lost over 2 stone believes that LivingWise has helped to alter his eating habits, he said:
“I have had a very educational experience. I now know a lot more about food and eating habits. The whole way this programme has been done has helped me to have a better idea on food and drink intake”.
Garvin who has lost over 1 stone also believes that the programme has helped him to sustain a much healthier diet, he said:
“The course and tutor were brilliant. I have lost over 20lbs in weight and have changed the way I eat and exercise. My eating habits and food choices are now healthy options.”
Not only are participants learning how to change their lifestyle around for the better, but LivingWise is also giving people their self-confidence back through achieving a healthy lifestyle and support from coaches and other group members.

LivingWise is available to everyone aged 16+ with a Body Mass Index (BMI) that indicates they are overweight or obese.
