We are an accredited provider of training through awarding bodies including City and Guilds and NCFE and employ Skills Trainers across the UK. We also support tens of thousands of young people each through our National Citizen Service and Careers and Enterprise Company provision.

Our services

YES – Youth Employment Skills

YES provides personal support for Londoners aged 16 to 24 with Special Educational Needs or a Disability (SEND), who are Not in Employment Education or Training (NEET) and have social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. These participants will require intensive assistance to achieve sustained education, training or employment.

We provide motivation and confidence-building activities, life-skills support, short courses, skills training and access to work experience. The service is provided through a mix of one-to-one and group support.

The service is commissioned by the Greater London Authority and co-funded by the European Social Fund.
