Rated 'Excellent' for Supply Chains

We are pleased to announce that Reed in Partnership has maintained its ‘Excellent’ Merlin - Accredited rating for our supply chain management.

The assessment reviewed each of our current contracts which are delivered through the use of a supply chain, including: the Work Programme; Work Routes; the National Citizen Service; Steps 2 Success; and our SFA NEET contracts.

Our overall assessment outcome was ‘92% Excellent’ and we are delighted to have achieved 100% in ‘Supply Chain Design’.

The final Merlin report refers to multiple areas of ‘key strengths’ that demonstrates our commitment to working positively and collaboratively with our chain of providers, from the initial procurement stage through to programme delivery and beyond.

The report highlights the ‘extensive support’ we provide to our supply chain and recognises a ‘fair and transparent’ approach based around our ‘very clear core values’.

The following comments were given by our providers as part of the assessment:

• “I’ve experienced nothing but open and honest communication.”
• “They go overboard to try and help us.”
• “We found them to be as good as their word.”
• “They are very supportive both proactively and reactively.”
