Work Routes launches

23 Aug 2016

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new employment service for jobseekers in Greater Peterborough & Greater Cambridge and Hertfordshire.

Our support, commissioned by the Department for Work Pensions and co-financed by the European Social Fund, will help more than 3,000 local people find and sustain lasting employment.

Work Routes is a free service that offers participants:

  • 1-2-1 meetings to develop a personal training and support plan
  • Specialist skills training with help writing a CV, applying for jobs and interview practice
  • Access to exclusive job vacancies
  • Financial help with the cost of travel, work clothes and organising childcare
  • On-going help to achieve promotion or more hours

Martin Fallon, Managing Director of Reed in Partnership, said:

“We are excited to open our new offices in these areas and have the opportunity to support thousands of local people. We look forward to working together with our partners, employers and other local organisations to deliver a high quality service that enables people to enjoy all the benefits a sustained job can provide and help change their lives for the better.”
