Satisfaction survey results

Reed in Partnership have just completed the latest round of Evaluation of Service across all of our employability and skills contracts. We received some really useful feedback from our Members and Learners and will use this information to make any suggested improvements and publicise the success of the programmes.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Reed in Partnership, and have found all of the knowledge and support they have given me, to be very very useful and interesting. I am also a lot more confident now, about looking for, and sustaining employment.”

We had some very positive feedback, especially when we compare ourselves to the satisfaction rates for other public services as published in the Customer Satisfaction in the UK (January 2017).

The report produced by the Institute of Customer Service, showed that we scored on average 20% higher than other national public services, with 94% of Member or Learners indicating that they would recommend us to friends.
