Customer Service Excellence standard

At the beginning of April we received an annual review for the Customer Service Excellence standard.
We are pleased to report that we successfully maintained the standard. The report identified our continuing strong commitment to putting our service users heart of our delivery of support. The assessor could see that we have made good progress over the last year to improve on the areas identified in the first assessment and rated us ‘Compliance Plus’ in a number of areas.
We look forward to making more progress and achieving more areas of ‘Compliance Plus’ next year.
About the standard
The Government wants services for all that are efficient, effective, excellent, equitable and empowering - with the citizen always and everywhere at the heart of service provision.
The Customer Service Excellence standard has been developed to offer services a practical tool for driving customer-focused change within their organisation.
