Assessment Services award

Reed in Partnership is pleased to have been presented with an award by Assessment Services Ltd.
The award recognises an organisation that has embraced a quality standard as a framework to help them manage their journey of continuous improvement. An organisation could choose any one or more of the quality standards assessed by Assessment Services.
The Assessment Services assessor commented:
“There was clear evidence that the feedback provided through the initial assessment in 2016 had been used to improve key aspects of the delivery of the service to provide service users with a positive experience.”
Reed in Partnership currently holds the Merlin Standard, the matrix Standard and the Customer Service Excellence Standard. The assessor was pleased to note our demonstrable year-on-year improvements to the performance and quality of the service provided to our participants. The application has provided evidence of improved performance and participant satisfaction. The combined use of these three quality standards have provided a ‘total’ framework that has supported all areas of the business and its delivery.
