NCS t-shirt competition

Congratulations to Manoel Akure, whose design has been chosen as the official National Citizen Service t-shirt for 2018. Manoel is a participant on Reed in Partnership’s delivery of NCS in the South West.

In November it was announced that he had been picked as a finalist in the NCS Trust’s competition and was invited to attend a day at London College of Fashion. There his design was refined with the help of men’s fashion vlogger Jim Chapman.

A public vote was run through the official NCS Instagram, with Manoel’s concept announced as the winner last week. The t-shirt will now be used to promote NCS to thousands of young people throughout 2018.
