Merlin Standard accreditation

Reed in Partnership maintained an ‘Excellent’ Merlin Standard score in our July 2018 reaccreditation.

The purpose of the Merlin Standard is to support the development, recognition and promotion of sustainable excellence, and positive partnership working within supply chains.

Reed in Partnership works with hundreds of supply chain partners to deliver services that support the development of people and their communities.

The Merlin Assessors spoke to 47 of our Supply Chain Partners across 18 of our contracts.

The report notes:

“Reed in Partnership recognise the importance of working with Partners to ensure the successful delivery of the service and Partners made frequent reference to ‘it’s a true partnership’.”

As well as highlighting our collaborative approach, Partners also spoke about the value for money they get form their management fee and the range of tools, data and support on offer to them. Partners were very complimentary of their Supply Chain Managers and one Providers said “Communication and support has been exemplary.”
