250 Service leavers attend our Ipswich Employment Fair

Today in Ipswich we hosted the seventh of our planned Career Transition Partnership Employment Fairs for UK Ministry of Defence taking place across the UK during 2026.

These events offer valuable opportunities for members of the Armed Forces transitioning from military service and into civilian careers, providing an environment for them to explore a wide range of employment options, interact with potential employers and access resources and support tailored to their personal needs.

We were delighted to have 250 Service leavers and 50 employers, training providers and charities in attendance at Trinity Park Conference & Events Centre. We were also joined by Cllr Alasdair Ross, Armed Forces Champion, Ipswich Borough Council to see first-hand the support being provided to military personnel throughout the region.
