Assessment Services Award win

We are excited to announce that Reed in Partnership has won an Assessment Services Award, which recognises organisations demonstrating benefits and improvements made from attaining quality standards such as Customer Service Excellence and Matrix.

We were recognised for our contribution to “providing excellent service to a diverse range of customers” for people accessing services across our Employability and Citizen Services divisions. This includes fostering a culture of customer service excellence by putting customers at the centre of our operations.

We were also really pleased to receive a commendation for “leveraging technology to transform results across the business”, which recognises our commitment to continuous improvement via technology solutions.
