matrix Standard accreditation

We are pleased to have been successfully re-accredited with the matrix Standard.

The matrix Standard assesses the quality of the information, advice and guidance we provide service users. The assessment took place in January, with three assessors gathering evidence for the standard across Reed in Partnership's Employability and Citizen Services division services.

Some key strengths highlighted by the assessors were:

• Our good partnership working across the communities we serve and with relevant stakeholders
• Our investment in resources that support the effectiveness of our services
• Our teams consistently going above and beyond to support people using our services
• Our capture of real-time feedback through our Participant Voice system
• Our effective performance management processes
• Our investment in employee development, including skills training and leadership and management development
