Partner employer shortlisted for ERSA Award

We were proud to nominate facilities management provider, OCS, for the Employment Related Services Association’s (ERSA) annual employability awards in the ‘Employer Partnership of the Year’ category, and are delighted that they have been shortlisted for the award.
OCS have shown great dedication to placing jobseekers using a Reed in Partnership employability service into work. Since January 2024, our relationship with OCS has resulted in more than 75 job starts at the company.
OCS’s dedicated social value approach has resulted in meaningful and accessible jobs that increase the likelihood of sustained employment opportunities for the jobseekers we support.
Rather than shying away from candidates with additional and sometimes complex barriers to employment, OCS celebrates differences and focuses on everyone’s potential. This has meant that our jobseekers dealing with a range of barriers, including mental and physical disabilities and health conditions, long-term unemployment, and care responsibilities – as well as Armed Forces veterans and care leavers - have been given significant opportunities to re-enter the labour market.
Sundeep Patel, National Account Manager for Reed in Partnership, said: “OCS have been a brilliant employer to work with over the last 12 months.
“Their focus on social value really makes them stand out, and the work they have done to support more than 100 of our service participants can’t be faulted. They provide employment opportunities to people using our services who have previously been overlooked by other employers.”
