Reed in Partnership wins at the Assessment Services Awards

We are pleased to share that Reed in Partnership has been recognised with five awards from Assessment Services Ltd, an international assessment and accreditation organisation, and one of only four centres accredited by UK government to assess the Customer Service Excellence Standard.

Here’s a summary of our award-winning submissions:

Award one: Digital Transformation

Awarded for our work with Beam in rolling out their AI transcription and summarisation tool, Magic Notes, across our employability services, to significantly reduce administrative time for our Employment Advisers and give our teams more time and space to deliver what matters: human-centred support to our participants.

Award two: Data-Driven Excellence

Awarded to our DVSA Driving Theory Test service team for driving consistent, data led performance improvements - tracking compliance, security and customer experience and achieving high standards across our network of Test Centres.

Award three: Best Use of Customer Insight

Awarded to our DVSA Driving Theory Test service team for conducting a comprehensive, multichannel review to address compliance, process and customer experience in outreach sites using feedback to deliver 100% audit compliance, improved customer experience, consistent procedures and strengthened staff training.

Award four: Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Champion

Awarded to our People Team for delivering a Diversity & Inclusion strategy focused on driving workforce diversity and inclusion, demonstrating inclusive leadership and creating an accessible environment.

Award five: Team of the Year

Awarded to our CFO Evolution team for their focus on innovation and partnerships, and consistently delivering high quality support to participants of the service, which is aimed at reducing reoffending through tailored support for individuals in prison, on remand or serving community sentences.

These awards reflect commitment across Reed in Partnership to always deliver on our mission to transform people and their communities.
