Opportunity Overview
We have been engaging in the Future High Potential Initial Teacher Training (HPITT) Programme and are exploring bidding for the next phase as a prime contractor. We are looking for providers who can deliver initial teacher training and other relevant wraparound support. We aim to build a strong network of delivery partners to meet the Department for Education’s goals - improving recruitment, retention, and outcomes for schools, trainees, and students. The new procurement will introduce a supplier-neutral brand, a refined definition of “high potential” and a shift toward quality and retention.
This is a unique opportunity to support disadvantaged communities, promote social mobility, and shape the future teaching workforce. Reed in Partnership bring cross-sector expertise, experience managing large complex contracts and our social value mission to complement leading ITT providers and deliver agile, high-impact solutions.
