Healthier You Opportunity Overview

Reed Wellbeing intends to bid for the NHS England’s Healthier You Services which will provide a range of interventions locally including: NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme, Type 2 Diet Replacement Programme, Behavioural Support for Obesity Prescribing, and Long-Term Health Condition Prevention Programme.

  • Core20PLUS5 lived experience co-production - working with the vulnerable communities you are experienced supporting, or through lived experienced networks already in place; this will support testing, tailoring and adapting Healthier You delivery approaches to meet their specific needs.
  • Core20PLUS5 co-delivery - with Reed in Partnership's support, deliver Healthier You interventions to Core20PLUS5 participant groups utilising your proven track record supporting these vulnerable residents.
  • Core20PLUS5 added value - providing additionality through your proposed specialist support offering with the aim enhancing Core20PLUS5 resident programme retention and outcomes. Your proposed intervention may include digital innovation if relevant.
