British Association for Support Employment

BASE is the national voice for providers of specialist employment support. It promotes the principles and delivery of high quality Supported Employment services and works to improve the employment rates of disabled people.

Customer Service Excellence

The Government wants services for all that are efficient, effective, excellent, equitable and empowering - with the citizen always and everywhere at the heart of service provision.

The Customer Service Excellence standard has been developed to offer services a practical tool for driving customer-focused change within their organisation.

Disability Confident Leader

The Disability Confident scheme supports employers to make the most of the talents disabled people can bring to the workplace.

Business Disability Forum

We are a member of the Business Disability Forum. The Forum supports organisations to become fully accessible to disabled people. Their aim is to transform the life chances and experiences of disabled people as customers and employees.

Fair Train

Fair Train accredits organisations with the Work Experience Quality Standard for their work experience schemes. Work experience includes Traineeships, Apprenticeships, Internships and volunteering. Fair Train ensure that each placement is high quality.

Armed Forces Covenant

The Employer Recognition Scheme encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same. We are a Gold Award holder for pledging, demonstrating and advocating support to defence and the armed forces community, and aligning with the values of the Armed Forces Covenant.

IEP

We are a Corporate Affiliate Partner with the Institute for Employability Professionals. Everyone working at Reed in Partnership, regardless of whether they are direct employees or third-party contracted staff, receives at least the real living wage hourly rate set by the Living Wage Foundation.

The matrix Standard is the unique quality framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and guidance on learning and work which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career and life goals.

Merlin Standard

The Merlin Standard has been designed to help evolve successful, high performing supply chains, and champion positive behaviours and relationships in the delivery of services. We hold an Excellent rating.

Prompt Payment Code

The Prompt Payment Code (PPC) is a voluntary code of practice for businesses, administered by the Office of the Small Business Commissioner (OSBC). It sets standards for payment practices between organisations of any size and their suppliers.

Signatories undertaken to pay suppliers on time, give clear guidance and support good practice throughout their supply chains.

Race at Work Charter

We are pleased to share we are a signatory of the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter. We know that ethnic minorities still face significant disparities in employment and progression, and that is something we need to change.
